Delivery Options

• UK Standard Shipping: 2-3 working days - £3.99.
• GCC Shipping: 5-7 working day - £40
  

Delivery Timeframes

• UK Orders: Delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
• GCC Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DPD containing your tracking details. On the day of delivery, DPD will also send you a one-time PIN, usually around one hour before your delivery window.

Receiving Your Delivery

To ensure your parcel is delivered securely, someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and provide the one-time PIN to the DPD driver. The driver will not be able to complete the delivery without the correct PIN.

Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable or unable to provide your PIN when the driver arrives, your parcel will not be delivered. DPD will provide updates via your tracking information, and if delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to us. If this happens, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to help arrange for your order to be resent.
