Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email from the courier containing your tracking details.

Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery, you will receive tracking information from the courier, allowing you to rearrange the delivery as needed.

Returning Your Order

1. Repack Items: Ensure items are unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, unless the item is faulty.
2. Access Returns Portal: Log into our returns portal HERE using your order number (found in your email order confirmation) and the email address used to place the order.
3. Select Return Location: Choose your DPD return location and drop off your parcel, showing the QR code provided during the online return process.
4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your return in our warehouse, minus a £4.99 return fee.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
• Swimwear: Can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
• Shoes: Must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear. We cannot accept shoes that have been worn outside.
• Return Fee: A return fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
